Francisco was born in the Vilcabamba Valley in the village of San Joaquín (which no longer exists, but is in the same location as the gated community). He is our property acquisitions expert. Francisco has been in the real estate business for over 8 years. Before that, he was a sugar cane broker so he intimately knows the land and people here.

If you come to us with some specific criteria and we don't have an appropriate listing, we simply go to him and detail your requirements. He will think for a few minutes, and then say, “Let’s go.” We’ll jump in his cab and next thing you know, there we are, looking at a property with exactly what you’re looking for. It’s amazing! If anyone could write an encyclopedia about Vilcabamba property, it would be Francisco.

He is the proud father of five wonderful children and one grandchild.
