The business of Compañía de Bienes Raíces Espacios Ecuador Braesec Cia. Ltda. is selling real estate and building basic infrastructure: construction of roads and installation of electricity and water. We don’t offer other services and ‘stick to our knitting’. We take our fiduciary duty in acting appropriately and professionally as being paramount. There are many considerations when buying in a foreign country with a different language, business environment, laws and culture. We do our best to ensure you understand the environment here in Ecuador as it applies to your purchase.

We do not have on-staff legal counsel as we view this as being a serious conflict of interest. Of course, we can recommend capable attorneys when you decide to join us here, but the decision on who you retain, is yours. However, if the attorney you choose is not independent we will decline your business as it would be an abrogation of our responsibility to you. Also, we only recommend the best, independent, legally liable, locally trained, professional civil engineers to assess land. We do not have an on-staff “inspector” as again, this is a conflict of interest. These are just a few examples of how we conduct business.

Anything we can do to ensure all due diligence is done before your purchase we endeavour to do. We are here to provide the best service we possibly can to build a long-term business so you will not hesitate in recommending us to your family and friends.
